These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform available at https://erp.maityinnovations.com/ (the "Service").

The Service is operated by Maity Innovations Private Limited ("Maity Innovations", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an entity or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity.

1.Description of the Service

The Service is a cloud-based ERP platform designed to help organizations manage business operations, employee management, payroll processing, attendance & leaves, project tracking, transactional notifications, and organizational workflows.

Available features vary depending on the subscription plan, organizational configuration, and administrative permissions.

2.User Accounts and Authentication

To use certain features, you must maintain an authorized user account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Immediately report any unauthorized access or breach of security.
• Use the Service exclusively for lawful business purposes.

Users may authenticate using standard organizational credentials or via authorized Single Sign-On (SSO) providers such as Google OAuth 2.0.

3.Google Services & API Integrations

The Service includes optional integrations with Google Workspace APIs (including Google Sign-In and the Gmail API) to streamline authentication and communication workflows.

• Authorization: By connecting your Google account, you grant the Service permission to access only the specific scopes you authorize.
• Limited Use: Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres strictly to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
• No AI Training: Data obtained via Google Workspace APIs is never used to develop, improve, or train generalized AI/ML models.
• Revocation: You may disconnect Google integrations at any time via your ERP profile or via your Google Account Security dashboard.

4.Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable national, state, or international laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, data, or user account.
• Transmit harmful, malicious code, viruses, or disruptive scripts.
• Use the Service to transmit unsolicited commercial communications (spam).
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service.
• Circumvent or disable any security or authentication mechanism.

5.Data Ownership and Confidentiality

Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data, records, documents, and content you submit to the Service.

Our Technology: All software, designs, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation comprising the Service are the intellectual property of Maity Innovations Private Limited.

6.Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate account access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, users may request export of their business records in accordance with our data retention policy.

7.Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Maity Innovations Private Limited shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.
